If you have forgotten your application PIN you can always perform a reset in order to get a new one.
You may request a new PIN by tapping the “Forgot PIN?” link that is placed underneath the username field on the login screen. You will receive a new one by email.
If you do not receive your PIN reset email in the next hour please check your junk email folder. Other reasons could be that your email address stored in the system is misspelled or no longer valid.
